Is Body By J 100% vegan?

No. We have taken many avenues to find a way to make everything 100% vegan. However we have found that raw ingredients (i.e. Manuka Honey and Goat’s Milk) has healing properties, that work best for many skin types , especially acne prone, sensitive, and mature skin. Mostly all of our products are vegan, however the items that are NOT are label accordingly.

Where do you obtain your raw ingredients?

We have obtained our raw materials from all around the world. Some of the locations are Guyana, France, Senegal, Canada, and many states in the U.S, etc. We will be adding other locations we feel carry the best natural ingredients.

Does Body By J have 100% natural products?

Yes. All of our products are 100% natural. We use natural sustainable additives that are all plant based. We took all the necessary measures to ensure we do not use chemically based alternatives in our products.

Does Body by J sell Internationally?

Unfortunately no, we only ship to the U.S currently. However we are working towards selling our products Internationally, as we have interests and family members abroad that we would love to have the Body by J experience. We are working through the best strategies for costs (i.e.- customs, taxes, etc.) We will announce our launch internationally as soon as we can.

Where can I find my order status?

Once your purchase is made, we have a 1-2 day processing status. We send all order status confirmations to your email. Inside the email will include an order tracking number. You may click on the link to progress to further details of the order. If you ever run into a issue, please email us at customersolutions@bodybyj.net.

Does Body By J test on animals?

We are cruelty- free and will never test our products on animals.

What is the shelf life of Body By J products?

All products that contain Mango Butter has a shelf life of 1 year. All other products can last between 1 to 2 years.

Can the sugar scrub really be applied on dry skin first?

Yes. Our sugar scrubs have Shea and Mango butters in them. The butters will start to melt on the skin while the sugar will exfoliate. It is a method/ technique that was taught to us at a vacation spa in Santorini, Greece! As always proceed with caution, and do not apply too much pressure.
